Senior Solutions Engineer · Modular Construction

Better factories aren't pushed harder. They're built on better systems.

I help modular and prefab manufacturers improve quality, throughput, and accountability, and help the software companies serving them build products that hold up on the factory floor. The result is fewer defects leaving the building, schedules the business can trust, and technology crews actually use.

01 · About

I've built quality systems from the inside and implemented them from the outside.

As a Quality Control Manager I built QA systems from the factory floor up; as a Senior Solutions Engineer I now implement operational technology from the outside. I understand both how factories run and how to make tools serve the way they run, including testing releases and shaping requirements before software ever reaches a customer.

More recently that means building with AI: internal tools, automations, and reporting that speed up analysis and decision support without adding headcount. The same instinct as always: if the tool doesn't fit the floor, build one that does.

02 · Case studies

Real engagements, start to finish.

The same method every time: understand the operation first, build the system around how work actually flows, and leave the team owning it. Clients kept anonymous.

Case 01 · A major commercial specialty contractor in the Northeast · Software implementation

From paper and memory to a live production platform.

Production ran off memory and paper. Four days walking the floor, configuration modeled on the sequence crews already worked, supervisors trained first so they could coach.

Week 1: configured to the line

Week 4: crews owning the process

Zero: paper left on the floor

Case 02 · A general contractor and real estate developer in the central United States · Operational foundation

Building the operating system before the software.

A factory preparing to scale needed standardized processes and stronger quality systems before technology could deliver. Fourteen departments assessed, the compliance program rebuilt, supervisors coached into ownership.

Case 03 · One of the largest contractors on the East Coast · Operational assessment

Finding the hidden tax on throughput.

Growth had brought tribal knowledge, excess motion, and reactive quality. Nothing stopped production, but together it drained hours and attention. Fourteen processes observed end to end, six compounding findings, a roadmap sequenced so improvement never stops production.
